"I recently had an electrical emergency at my dads house, rather than have him try to fix it himself, I told him I would call him an electrician. I was referred to John Jones Electric by a friend who has used them many time in the past. I called and talked with their dispatcher, and told her that I thought we had an emergency at the house, as my dad said a burnt smell was coming from a wall plug. She told me that they would get someone over as soon as possible. After I got off the phone with them I headed over to my dads house, it took me maybe five minutes to get there and the electrician had beaten me there! He was extremely polite and very knowledgeable.
